Collective laundry management
Easily start a washing machine, without cash or third-party intervention, thanks to our connected laundry system.
How does this work?
Building residents activate washing machines and dryers with their personal badge.
Charges for wash cycles are calculated according to actual electricity consumption.
Climkit invoices users, putting an end to the use of coins or rechargeable cards.
Modular installation
An RFID badge reader installed in the common laundry room controls the start and stop of the washing column (washing machine and dryer) via a relay.
A counter measures the duration of use and, above all, the power consumption of washing and drying cycles.
To replace an old card or coin-operated system, a small, fully-equipped box is installed directly in the laundry room.
For new buildings, the components are integrated into the electrical panel, with only the RFID readers fixed to the wall for a sober, durable look.
Use and billing
To start a machine, the user identifies himself with his personal badge. Climkit then associates the wash or dry cycle with the identified user.
The owner defines a usage tariff measured in kWh of electricity, covering both energy costs and machine maintenance and depreciation.
Users are billed quarterly and receive their bill by e-mail, post or e-Bill. They track their consumption via the Climkit application.
