Example: If you have solar panels on the roof of your building (COMMUNITY) as well as water and heating meters (HEATING), you pay CHF 7.00 per month (CHF 3.50 for electricity and CHF 3.50 for heating and water) for the metering and billing of each consumer (= billing point).
Who bears these costs? Generally, these costs are charged directly to the consumer or included in the building's expenses as metering and billing costs.

Example: if you have solar panels on the roof of your building and you want us to take care of all the billing of the inhabitants, you pay CHF 6.50 / month per billing point (CHF 3.50 for the metering and CHF 3.00 for the billing).
On the other hand, if you prefer to manage all the billing, you only pay CHF 3.50 / month for metering and billing.

Example: As the owner, you make your charging point available to passing users. You pay CHF 10.00 / month for the charging station and you receive the money collected for the use of the charging station at the rates you have chosen.
- A QR code is stuck on the terminal so that the user can pay via smartphone.
- The owner decides the price to be set for the consumption of electricity on his charging station.
- Climkit then establishes a periodic count and returns the money collected to the owner.
