In 2022, we completed the Crausaz-Sol project in the commune of La Tour-de-Peilz in the canton of Vaud.
The stakeholders involved in the project were:
- Owner: Private owners
- Architect: 2+Architecture in La Tour-de-Peilz
- Supplier / type of heating and water meter: Integra Metering
- PV installer: Groupe E
- Heating Contracting: EKZ

Project description:

It consists of 3 integrated installations on 6 roof slopes, with a total output of 184kWp.
We installed a microgrid on 4 buildings, including 1 renovated and 3 new ones. It covers housing, an underground car park with an infrastructure for recharging points and 6 points for electric vehicles, as well as a heating system using a heat pump contracted by EKZ.
In total, between flats and other consumers, the installation represents 58 billing points.
4 Climkit solutions habe been implemented on this project:
- Community: electricity metering and collective system (RCP/ZEV)
- Heating: statement of building service charges
- Mobility: charging stations for electric vehicles
- Washaccess: laundry room manager

Testimony of Mr Guy Chervet (Crausaz-Sol SA), project owner:

"Climkit was a key partner right from the start of our project, when we decided to opt for photovoltaic solutions. Their simplified billing and payment system encouraged us to extend our investment in a solar installation as extensive as possible. What's more, their consumption monitoring tool makes our tenants aware of their energy use, encouraging them to adopt more responsible habits."
